WEEKLY RATE

Reserve one of our vacation cabins four (4) consecutive nights and your 5th night is FREE. (Please call us to take advantage of this offer)

Cancellation policy

If we receive your cancellation prior to 30 days from your arrival date, you will receive a full refund minus credit card fees. Under 30 days on a cancellation there is a $150.00 charge plus credit card fees . Unfortunately we cannot control the weather.

No refunds given if the river is to low or to high for fishing. Please understand some guests come to fish but we do have a lot of guests that come just to relax.

NO Smoking

Smoking is not allowed in any of our cabins. If we find evidence that you smoked in our cabins during your stay, you will be charged a $100.00 cleaning fee to the credit card you provided at the time you made your reservation. Ashtrays are provided on the screened in porch.

Pet policy

Housebroken pets are welcome at our cabins. There is a $20.00 per pet fee. Pets must be kenneled when the owner is not with them. Dogs must be leashed at all times. Owner is responsible for cleaning up after their pet.

cabin rental rules

The person making the reservation must be at least 21 years old.
Daily Cabin Rates are for up to 6 people.
- Add $10.00 per person over six.
  - Kids 12 and under do not count as extra guests.
In order to keep our nightly rates low, a small cleaning fee is added.
Minimum two night stay required.
No reservations without a credit/debit card on file.
Applicable taxes will be added to above rates.
No Bachelor, Wedding or Spring Break parties allowed.
